Continuous refinement of the work organisation and the competencies of our staff, while fully leveraging our human, technical and financial potential, is our priority in terms of the improvement of occupational health and safety, including the prevention of injuries and occupational diseases, as well as other undesirable situations which can cause damage to the health of the employees or other persons who are in our care or can be exposed to risks resulting from the works we carry out.
We declare that we will continue to implement this Policy by personally supporting the activities aimed at protecting its effectiveness, ensuring that all planned resources are available and developing the competencies, as well as by creating the work culture characterised by awareness and active engagement of the employees in the appropriate decision-making and executive processes. At the same time, we oblige the management staff to ensure the availability of this document to all parties interested in our business activity, including our employees, subcontractors, guests visiting the Company and other persons under our supervision.
