The PLASMADUR® coating guarantees high-level protection against erosive processes. The coating can be applied using thermal spraying technologies, e.g. wire-arc or HVOF spraying. The resulting coating thickness varies from 200 to 1500 μm according to technology.

The PLASMADUR® protective coating guarantees long-term anti-erosive efficiency (at least 4-year service life). As a result of the wide thickness range, the coating does not interfere in any way with heat exchange processes and has only a slight impact on the mass-to-area ratio of coated surfaces.

The PLASMADUR® protective coating is deposited using thermal spraying technologies, e.g. wire-arc and HVOF spraying.
