Protector

The PROTECTOR® coating is characterized by a special combination of two desirable features – effective protection against corrosive and erosive agents without the need to use additional coatings or other solutions. The resulting coating is a uniform full-protection barrier varying in thickness from 400 to 1000 μm, which is resistant to temperatures of up to 650oC.

The PROTECTOR® protective coating is a uniform barrier which provides protection against:

• Ash-related erosion
• High-temperature sulphur and chlorine gas corrosion
• Thermal shock

PROTECTOR® coatings are applied using the commercially proven thermal spraying technology. They retain their protective properties at temperatures of up to 650oC.
